International Leadership Conference

The HOSA International Leadership Conference (ILC) is one of the highlights of the HOSA membership year, bringing together thousands of HOSA members, advisors, healthcare professionals, and partners from across the United States and around the world.

During this four-day conference, members have the opportunity to compete at the highest level of HOSA’s Competitive Events Program while participating in educational workshops, HOSA University sessions, exhibits, leadership activities, networking opportunities, and exciting general sessions. Members can connect with fellow future health professionals from across the globe, explore healthcare careers and educational pathways, and celebrate the accomplishments of HOSA members and chapters.

New Jersey HOSA Delegation Information

All New Jersey HOSA members attending ILC are part of the official New Jersey HOSA delegation and are expected to follow all conference policies, delegation procedures, and instructions provided by the New Jersey HOSA State Office.

Upon arrival in Philadelphia, participants must complete the designated NJ HOSA delegation check-in process. Conference materials, credentials, delegation information, and other required items will be distributed during check-in.

All registered participants will receive an official HOSA conference name badge. The conference badge must be worn throughout ILC and is required for admission to competitive events, general sessions, workshops, exhibits, and other conference activities. Participants without the appropriate conference credentials may be denied entry.

Advisors, chaperones, and students should carefully review all NJ HOSA and HOSA–Future Health Professionals conference communications before traveling to ILC, as additional information regarding registration, hotels, transportation, competitive events, delegation meetings, and conference procedures will be distributed as the conference approaches.
